Developing retail offerings for Chinese Foreign Independent Travelers
The third floor of King Power’s newly renovated downtown duty-free mall was redesigned based on the opportunities we identified through research and concepts developed in an ideation session with clients across departments of the organization.
The renovation included a new food and beverage area featuring branded international
food and beverage vendors and a food court featuring well-known Thai food stalls and famous Thai food dishes. Additionally, a new line of products was developed to capture Chinese FIT seeking local goods with a contemporary design that can be used in everyday life as well as souvenirs and cultural products to buy as gifts for friends and family back home.
