We recruited and interviewed 20 content creators with few to many followers for a global tech client that runs a major social media platform to evaluate the language translation from English to Thai in the dashboard and tools for creators. 

We recruited and interviewed 12 content creators, influencers, talent scouts, video editors, and media consumers for a metaverse creator in Thailand to inform the experience design of a metaverse with a co-existing physical Real Estate development promoting the creator economy. 

We recruited and interviewed 24 members of the general population, some under 18 years of age and sexual minorities, such as transgendered, for a global tech company to inform their identity verification strategy including testing two-dimensional mock-ups of user interfaces.
